What is your return policy?
As a small business, we are currently unable to accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow. We hope to offer more flexible policies in the future.
Please review the product descriptions and size guide carefully before placing an order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@lacunaofficial.com within 3 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Philippines: Bank Transfer and GCash
- Thailand: Bank Transfer and PromptPay
How long does delivery take?
Philippines
Orders are generally processed, packed, and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on your location, with the following estimated timeframes:
- Metro Manila and Greater Metro Manila: 3-7 business days
- Provincial areas: 5-10 business days
Thailand
Orders to Thailand are currently available on a pre-order basis. Your order will be prepared and shipped after the pre-order period closes. The estimated delivery timeframe is 2–4 weeks.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You can view the shipping rates during checkout before completing your purchase.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, LACUNA ships only to the Philippines and Thailand (orders in Thailand are on a pre-order basis).
